drinkYangu is an early-stage company building a device and app to check whether alcoholic drinks are genuine. For any privacy question, email hello@drinkyangu.com.

• Waitlist: your name, email, county, and optionally your phone number and usual drink.
• Partner enquiries: your name, work email, organisation, role and message.
• Job applications: your name, email, area of interest, the link you share and your message.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.

To contact you about what you signed up for: early testing, a partnership conversation, or a role. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend, an email service provider, and waitlist contacts are stored in our Resend account. Resend may process data outside Kenya. We only share your data with service providers needed to run these forms, and never sell it.

Waitlist details are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove them. Partner and job enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@drinkyangu.com and we'll respond promptly. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
